Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open the Settings app on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select Lumen to change or cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Open Lumen, go to the Premium screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
